Here you'll find our answers to the most frequently asked questions. If you can't find what you're looking for, don't hesitate to contact us by using the button below.

Products

  • The vases come with special industrial adhesive strip. This makes them suitable for smooth or coarsely plastered walls (water-based paint) and surfaces such as wood, metal, bathroom- or kitchen tiles, and a glass wall or window. If you want to attach the vase to other materials, it's at your own risk. Always read the instructions in the manual carefully before attaching the vase.

  • Absolutely! We've thoroughly tested the vases, and not a single flower or cutting turned out to be too heavy for the vases.

  • We recommend refilling your vases with water about once a week. The exact frequency depends on the temperature inside your home. However, you can also choose to use dried or silk flowers in your vases if you prefer not to water them.

  • For refilling water in your vases, you can use our spray bottle. If you don't have a spray bottle, you can also easily take the vase off the wall and hold it under the faucet to refill. Once filled, you can hang the vase back on the magnet.

  • By heating up the adhesive strip with a hair dryer, the magnet can be removed without any damage to the surface. Click here for detailed instructions. 

  • Ensure that you measure the pattern precisely and mark where you want to place the magnets using a sharp pencil. Then, stick the magnets to the surface, making sure they are level. You can use a level as a tool to guide you while attaching the adhesive magnet. The pattern you create is entirely up to you. Get creative!   • We have only tested the vases for indoor use. If you wish to place them outdoors, we recommend attaching them under a shelter or overhang. This way, you can shield them from the forces of Mother Nature. Using the vases outdoors is at your own risk.

Delivery

  • We ship our packages within 1 to 2 business days. Usually, the package is delivered one day after shipping. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays, and letterbox packages are also not delivered on Mondays.

    Keep in mind that the estimated delivery times are indicative and there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.

  • Unfortunately, you can't select a delivery time through our online store. Keep an eye on the tracking number to know when your package will be delivered. If the initial delivery time isn't quite right for you, you can also use the PostNL app to make adjustments to your delivery schedule.

  • We're unable to pass specific instructions to the delivery person. You can, however, leave a friendly note with instructions if you won't be home. Please be aware that if the package goes missing after this, the responsibility falls on the customer.

  • When placing your order, there isn't an option to select pickup from a Pick Up point. However, you can often adjust the delivery time and location using the PostNL app. If the delivery person can't drop off the package at your address because you're not home, they often deliver it to a Pick Up point.

  • You can let us know the correct one before we ship your order. It's best to do this right after you've placed the order. If your order is already on its way, you can try to change the address through the PostNL app.

  • Currently we deliver to Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Sweden, Austria, France, Greece, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia.

  • We send our packages via PostNL for deliveries within the Netherlands and through DHL for shipments to EU countries.

  • Packages can only be delivered to home addresses and not to mailbox addresses. If you're not home, the delivery person can leave your package with your neighbors or take it to a Pick Up Point.

  • Unfortunately, the tracking system from the shipping company is sometimes inaccurate and sends emails that your package has been delivered before it actually is. Normally, your order will be delivered within three days (excluding Sunday and Monday for letterbox packages) after receiving the email from the shipping company.

    If your order hasn't been delivered within 3 days after the email, please get in touch with us.

  • If you wish to cancel of modify your order, please send us an email immediately after placing your order. Keep in mind that after your package has been shipped, we are unable to process any cancellations or modifications.

  • You will receive an email with the tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your package online. Didn't get an email? Please send us a message via the contact form

Returns

  • Of course it is possible that your order doesn't meet your expectations. You can return it within 14 days of receiving it. To arrange your return, please notify us via email within 14 days. This way, we'll be informed and prepared to receive your return.

     

    Send an email to info@muurbloempjes.com with the reason for your return and the following photos:

     

    • A photo of the exterior of the package.

    • A photo of the opened package with the products, clearly showing the contents.

  • For all products purchased online, there's a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive the products, during which you can change your mind about the purchase. After informing us that you wish to cancel the purchase, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. This is referred to as the right of withdrawal.

  • To return the products, they must be unused and undamaged, and  should be sent back in their original packaging. You can send the package to:

  • The return costs depend on the shipping provider you choose to send back your products. The delivery costs will be refunded only when a complete order is returned.

  • Once we've received your return, you will receive the purchase amount back to your account within 14 days (excluding the return costs).

    • A photo of the outside of the package.

    • A picture of the opened package with the products visible.

    • A close-up shot showing the specific damage to the product.
